Construction Verification

Pressure during empty gluing operations is continuously measured by a pressure gauge and the quality of the result is systematically verified on the whole glued surface. The resistance to wear and weathering of adhesives used for the coating and floors are tested.
Quality checks
Once completed, the boat goes to the test basin where all of its equipment is tested and an irrigation system controls the entire structure is completely waterproof. For future reference, technical services maintain a complete file on each vessel, which contains details of all materials and products used and all installed equipment. Exact drawings of some specific components are also archived, as well as samples of the composite.
